The hotel was clean, smelled good, looked good and easy to navigate to and through. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious! Everyone was friendly from Sam to the ladies who cooked breakfast to the housekeeper. We highly recommend staying here when you are in Pratt.

Overall the place was clean but my bedding had long black hair on it. Also the couch was tipped up on end and two of the legs were broken off. I reported this to Sam. I didn’t need the couch so didn’t ask to move. Hope you service that elevator soon!

We love staying at Holiday Inns but we don’t like the fact the pool closes at 10. We own a moving company and sometimes we for stop working at around 7 or 8 by the time we come in and shower and go eat we get back to the room about 930/10. Then we go to sit in the hot tub to relax but we can’t because the pool area is closed to everyone. I can understand children but us adult should be able to stay in the hot tub or pool until 11 or 12.
