Our experience was great. The only reason for the downgraded review in a few areas was because of the construction/renovation that was going on in all of the public areas. The only thing that truly disappointed me was that the elevator was out of service (I'm assuming due to the construction), so we had to carry our suitcases and bags up the stairs to the 4th floor.

Reserved two rooms. Was not aware “remodeling”. No room for handicapped. NO ELEVATOR!!! Would have been nice to know! Numerous examples of shoddy workmanship in an otherwise decent room. Entire hotel was a work in progress. Very disappointed and since we reserved on Expedia, very limited on other options. Not good.

Very nice rooms/beds, but elevator out,renovations

Currently being renovated, elevator was out. Had to use stairs to 3rd floor. Room very clean, other than some carpet wetness where ai assumed it was recently cleaned. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Had a fantastic continental breakfast. Real food that tasted great!

Hotel was in middle of renovation so hard to give an accurate overall review. Breakfast was good pool area above average room was clean and comfortable. For being under renovation hotel was very clean and surprisingly not dusty. Would go back if ever in Pratt again
