Everything was great! Room was spacious, light and clean. Loced the littke veranda. Breakfast was pretty basic stuff but planty of choice. I would have liked to see some kind of gluten free baked option though. Overall a very good stay.

Overall, stay was okay breakfast. Scrambled eggs were horrible. They had a disgusting smell to them. And the taste was no better. I threw them out. I was surprised considering my last stay there about this time the breakfast was good.

Staff courteous. Room sparse. The room was not cleaned everyday. So not at all during our four-day stay. Fresh towels daily. Garbage cans cleaned daily. Complimentary breakfast had no healthy options. Offerings need to be improved. Fresh fruit=bananas. Different fruits for a bigger selection. Hester was extremely loud and noisy. Could not sleep with the heater on.

Everything was great. Quick check in, Clean room, comfortable beds, very spacious suite, the gross carpet that is still pictured online has been replaced with flooring. I only wish there was a little better breakfast options- the eggs were watery and banana was the only fruit. Lots of carb options, but the proteins didn't look appealing... however there was a coffee machine that made many different options including latte's, hot chocolate, decaf, and hot water for tea that was open all hours. That was a nice surprise when we arrived. we didn't use the indoor facilities but they looked nice, and the outside courtyard was pretty. I will stay here again on my next visit to Prescott!

Yes, Spotless, Very Sterile (need more art work to muffle the echo in the rooms), Great Shower, Wonderful Breakfast, Very Kind Receptionist, Jay! Need a good Electritionist, chargers didn’t work or lighted mirror. But Very Comfortable beds!!!! We’ll be back!!!

This is a very old property that has been updated over the years. Some staff members are great while others not so much! Breakfast is definitely lacking and closes at 9AM. And they refuse to replenish items after 8:30AM. Who ever thought of this practice!? They clearly aren't into the whole breakfast idea! Most hotels that offer breakfast do so until check out. Won't stay here again and cannot recommend.

Stayed Tuesday to Friday. the scrambled eggs which were good, but sausage links every day, could have been changed. Try bacon or the round sausage patties. Waffles looked good and the rest of the breakfast was ok. Yogurt, cereal, bananas etc.

Great staff. Beautiful city! I did have some issues with the patio door. The top lock constantly falls, leaving the lower lock only to hold the door (which it does not really do if you push on it). Other than that, it was quite comfortable!
