Bad stay.

The mattresses had a big dip in middle. The room was cold on arrival, outside temp was 15 degrees. The hvac was set on Cold. Something sticky on counter. No warm blankets. Only 2 towels. 2nd day, I left on business. Left the do not disturb on the door with the corner wedged in the door. Came back, my door cards didn’t work and the do not disturb was missing. I went to the desk to find out what’s going on. I got the keys rekeyed. Went to my room. My box of files had been moved from the chair to the table. It appeared other things had been disturbed as well. We packed and checked out.

Nice staff but not hotel

The room we were supposed to stay in was wide open to the outside parking lot as well as the room beside. We got there after dark and didn’t know if someone was stealing stuff because the tv stand was over next to bed. We did not enter. Was changed to a different room that the chairs were terrible dirty and stained. Staff was great but hotel not great.

Will not stay here again.

Bed was too soft - memory foam that remembered someone else. Breakfast was a covid style prepackaged slider sandwich. It was not edible. The clerk on duty the afternoon we checked in was great and very helpful.

Comfy beds, courteous staff, lousy breakfast

Staff was very courteous. However a room that sleeps 4 only had 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. The mini fridge did not work and the floor in front of it was wet. Beds were comfortable. But not enough pillows for a queen bed (3 per bed). Late checkout at 1 is great but a $20 up charge for it sucks. Free breakfast is a joke. Its refrigerated biscuits and juice.
