Sheets looked dirty, I truly slept on top cover afraid of what was on the mattress The bathroom had holes in wall and dirty floor. The staff were nice but was not at desk when I arrived and then had to get a cheat sheet to figure out how to get me my room. I did not sleep much was afraid of what was lurking outside. Arrived at midnight and was out by 5

The hotel was getting renovated, but the exterior was not improved, and not many rooms looked like they had renovated. As I was not feeling well, we left the hotel, and told the staff that we did not wand to Stay in the hotel

Room floor was filthy. My white socks were black from the dirt. The wi-fi wasn't available. No extra roll of toilet paper. No microwave. The bed was actually bowed in the middle, very soft and uncomfortable. The TV remote wasn't working properly. The TV picture was bad and cut in and out. I told the clerk in the morning and he said he was just in the room the day before. Did he not notice any of the problems? Also, the faucet in the bathroom was dripping loose and the plunger was disconnected. The clerk checking me in was wearing a NRA hat. The workplace is not a place to wear such an inappropriate symbol. Just that day a coward attacked an church school and killed 2 children and injured 17 others. Stay someplace else. The management has no clue what is wrong with their rooms and don't check them obviously to make sure everything is properly functioning. They expect the guests to tell them, I am not employed by them, it is their job to make sure their property is suitable for guests.

2 of the lights in the room did not work. The TV did not work. The room was dirty. The bathroom and sink drain were very slow to drain. The staff were courteous and did what they could. The entire building was in the process of being renovated but the room was likely in the list. They should shut the whole thing down to get it done. The price was better compared to other hotels.

Budget Friendly, Many Strings Attached

My room had a serious fruit fly problem. Stayed for 3 nights and my room was not serviced (bed made, trash taken out) during my entire stay. My goal was to save a few bucks, and I did…but, you get what you pay for. So if you just need a place to lay your head at night, go for it. Great staff, everybody was helpful. But there were just too many negatives affecting my stay.

Room was fairly clean but killed two roaches in the bathroom in the first 30 min of stay. Beds were not very comfortable. Not the best area..got asked for money twice while unloading my car.

Not clean - condition of the hotel, over price for what you don’t get in your stay. Hotel needs torn down and a new one built. It is not what is advertised. Very sad and disappointing. Will not stay there again. Waist of money.
