The room was very clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. There seemed to be a bar restaurant listed BUT this was not the case, Blaze? I was very excited to use the huge gym BUT the overwhelming toxic odor of plastic was to much.

I was dissatisfied in that the parking lot remained extremely icy & outright dangerous for the entire duration of our stay. When we arrived late on Saturday evening, I had to park in a dark area & slowly walk through ice. I was so scared that I was going to fall! Our Uber driver the following morning even commented that the parking lot was extremely icy. Our room also did not have a shower curtain. I called the front desk the following morning to request one & I specifically asked if someone could bring one in 30 minutes as we were changing & getting ready to step out. Less than 10 minutes later, he arrived with the shower curtain. I asked if he could come back, but he laid the shower curtain on the floor on top of a trash bag. The outlets in the bathroom were also unable to be used as there was plastic broken off inside of them. I complained to front desk about this as well & nothing was done. I was also surprised that the front desk needed to charge $150 as a hold upon arrival. I asked the attendant what the charge was for & she got quite rude & snippy. She raised her voice at me as she explained procedures & I was so embarrassed as other guests were behind me. I will mention that the front desk representative at check out was very kind & polite.
