Beware. I am currently fighting over charges on my credit card from this hotel. And the staff has been less than helpful so most likely will have to dispute on my cc. Also the hotel is very noisy and someone tried to get in our room during the night !! Avoid this if you want a good nights sleep and peace of mind

Too Micro for Us

We will not be staying at a Microtel in the future. Everything is too minimal. No soap at the sink. Toilet paper roll less than half left and no back up roll. No blow dryer. No tissues. We paid for breakfast, but it was not worth it. No juice. We took a muffin and coffee and left.

Fell on the black ice that had accumulated in parking area and was not well lit. Manager said that maintenance hadn't done well salting much earlier in the day, so she then had to go out and salt it herself after I fell.
