Nice hotel for vacation base. We were there a week and the room was never made up. We didn’t mind. Put door tag up once with no response. Breakfast was good.

Think before you book this hotel!!!

The entire reason why we booked this hotel was because it had an airport shuttle and our flight was coming in very late at night. No one answered the hotel phone when we landed and tried to request the shuttle and no shuttle was at the area where they pick up. Upon arrival the person at reception said he was trying to do it all. Gave us keys for our room which didn't work either. Breakfast was not that great either. Will be my last experience with Best Western.

The breakfast was very good with pancakes, bacon, yogurt parfaits, and the usual other items. Coffee was very good. The shuttle from the airport is prompt and hotel is very close to the airport. Also close to downtown. Beds are comfortable and entire facility and rooms were clean and decorated well. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Okay for a night

2 people helped check in, the woman was friendly, upbeat, and was great. Male not so much, did not greet. Breakfast was good. But again only one staff member was friendly.
