The aircondition was not working properly, we were told it only works at only high. It started to rain in the evening and the rain was coming through the window and soaked the floor, we were more afraid of getting electrocuted because the windows were above the airconditioner. Not sure why, but there were families on our floor who got in to a fight. They were so loud all weekend. The bed was comfortable. The hotel just needs some upkeep. It was reasonably priced. I will still stay at a Laquita hotel maybe not this one.

Large kids baseball team staying here. They were allowed to run and scream up and down the halls and play kick ball in the lobby. Choose this hotel because it was dog friendly, however there wasn’t any place to walk our dog. There designated spot was littered with trash and broken glass.

The lady who checked us in was AMAZING so very helpful. She gave us flyers to order food, explained all the details about breakfast in the morning. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable …. I would highly recommend.

It was kind of run down and dingy. I had to remove a couple pillows and a sheet due to stains and then the carpet had HUGE burn marks that almost could have been mistaken for blood but wasn’t.

The staff was friendly and helpful upon check in. We found the toilet to be running continuously, due to no fan in the bathroom, the smoke alarm kept going off, and the floor was very dirty and in need of cleaning. We reported problems with the room to the staff at the main desk. We were reassured all problems would be addressed, however, that never happened.

We were surprised by the amazing breakfast selection, the great staff, and their friendliness. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and convenient to town and our destination venue.

The staff was nice enough, but the key card deactivated almost every other time and we had to keep going back to the lobby to get new cards. The building was very old and outdated. We had 2 rooms. One was okay. The other smelled like dirty pets so we asked for a different room and it was only slightly better. We went out and bought air fresheners. Someone threw up all over the garbage can in the hallway and nobody cleaned it up for the 3 days we were there. Housekeeping was on demand - and we asked for fresh towels twice & they only had 1 or 2. We had 8 people total between the two rooms. Breakfast was minimal and cold. The breakfast area was a mess and there was not much selection outside of waffles and cold scrambled eggs. The area around the hotel was sketchy. There was a cop sitting right outside the hotel almost the whole time we were there. There was broken liquor bottles in the rear parking lot. La Quinta are my favorite hotels. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in & we’ve traveled extensively throughout the United States.

This property was recently rebranded but troubles remain. Normally, I don't review hotel properties for Expedia but want other to avoid my concerns. Issues: Overpriced, dirty, tired, improperly staffed. Room had a half shower curtain, so water pooled on the floor and into a drain cut into the floor. No shampoo. No info about wireless. Some sort of construction beginning at 7:30 a.m. Hotel was half-empty but I somehow got assigned to a sub-par room. A disappointing stay.
