I was there for 30mins and I had to leave the hotel. The 4th floor the assigned me rigged of marijuana. The floor was dirty. I didn't feel safe to stay there, so, I requested a refund via Hotels.com both refused me. I left and I went to Fairfield hotel. It was nice and safe. I will never do business with both parties again. I wasted $121.00. They didn't offer to give me half. Horrible customer service personal.

Hotel initially seemed like it would be nice until I arrived and even the lobby needed work. When I got into the room I was fine until I went into the bathroom the shower had stuff all over the walls and the AC would not stay on. My sleep was uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly and the service was good. However the property needs improvement, the keycard for the door wasn’t working properly. I ended up getting stuck outside of the room. I had to get new keycards made and still was sketchy. Would only work when it wanted to. In the room, there’s dents in the wall that was never repaired.
