I made the reservation for two queen beds for my daughter and I. We drove 5 hours from philadelphia. I also paid in full to reserve the room $567. When we arrived at 9:30pm, they tell us that they only have a king bed room. Which isn’t what I paid for. When we went to the room, there were no sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out. So we had to now wait for housekeeping. They said the room has a pull out couch which I tried to sleep on but didn’t work since it has a metal bar down the middle. Then at 10:30pm after we were asleep, the front desk called our room since they didn’t get our license plate for parking. My daughter had an early lacrosse game in the morning which was why we were up there. The only thing they could say was we are sorry. No offer for a refund since the room was non refundable. But it wasn’t the room I paid for. No money back. No breakfast offer. Nothing. I would ask for a refund for this stay since it wasn’t what I reserved and paid for. Please respond back.
