The stay was good, the hotel is new so the infrastructure was very good. I liked the room, it was a studio room, just perfect for a small family of 3. I didn't like the part that they didn't offer room service or even empty out the trash cans from the rooms.

I liked how quiet and clean the property was. I was there for 3 nights and free parking was convenient. The room was really nice and spacious and. equipped with a sink, refrigerator, stove etc. which was convenient. On my second night, I requested to have housekeeping clean up and provide fresh towels because we had some trash from takeout. When we got back from our night out, there were towels left on the little table by the door but the trash was still there and the bed wasn't made. For 3 nights we had the same sheets, dirty towels and trash in the room which was really disappointing. There was also bags of trash in the hallway outside of someones door that was there for a couple of days which lets me know that housekeeping just walked past it a few times. Upon checkout there was no one at the front desk to speak to about our experience and we ended up giving the keys to a what I'm assuming was a maintenance man who said he would "let them know" we checked out. Overall, my experience was not at all bad but it was not great.

The parking was free. The rooms and common areas were well kept and looked like recently updated. The kitchen was very useful, especially the fridge and freezer. The staff person was friendly and helpful.
