Brand new and very nice

Room was immaculate and well appointed. Would be nice to have a better coffee maker in the kitchen, but that’s the case in all American hotels, unfortunately.

Bad breakfast, expensive car storage

Breakfast was not good no food left and the help hurried us out of the room because it was 9:00 Waited 20 minutes for eggs to come out I wanted a waffle there was no mix left It was before 9:00 the server was a male His answer was sorry there is no more.. And 38 dollars for parking i think that is Quite steep.

Stayed here three nights touring Providence College. It’s across the street from the local sports arena, which was a bonus for us (and many others judging by the excitement) as we had tickets to watch PU basketball, but might not be for you. Room was nice, full kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Need a key card to access the elevator, which tells you something about the area. And valet parking is really your only option, and not inexpensive. Restaurant on site was awful, missing menu items, cold soup, poor service, long wait when they weren’t busy. The awesome hotel manager recommend Murphys pub across the street and it was great! Was the perfect location for our trip.
