Be next to all of the action with this gorgeous 2BR/2BA in the popular West End on Bradford & Conant Street! All NEW for 2023 brand new rear patio furniture! The home was completely renovated and reconfigured in 2014, the home is located on the entire first floor of the building and features hardwood floors, high end finishes, and lots of windows on all sides that allow for natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a Frigidaire Professional Series gas range, Bosch dishwasher, and Samsung fridge along with granite countertops and kitchen bar. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bath with double vanities and glass shower. The second bedroom and guest bath with basketweave marble tile are located off of the living room. A huge exclusive use paver patio is accessed by a back entrance or from French doors off the primary bedroom. Fujitsu HVAC split units in each room and full size stackable laundry in a separate closet. Located across the street from Mussel Beach Gym, and steps to all the local attractions. Enjoy the front patio with Adirondack chairs facing Conant & Bradford. The perfect lounge spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The unit also has one assigned off street parking spot for one car.

A perfect getaway!

We recently spent a week here with another couple, and it was the perfect getaway! This house had everything we needed for a great week long vacation. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it gave us the right amount of space to share, while still having privacy. The beds were comfy, and there was ample room in the closets and dressers to put away all our stuff so it didn't feel like we were living out of suitcases. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, though we spent most of our nights dining out at one of the many nearby restaurants. And, talk about a perfect location?!?! It's an easy walk to almost anywhere in town, or a quick bike ride away. We can't wait to stay here again! PS. There's great outdoor space too so you can relax and unwind outside.

Outstanding in every way

I can’t say enough great things about this property. All communications with the hosts were prompt, friendly and thorough from the start. The property is spacious, nicely laid out, clean, with excellent renovations and furnishings. And the location couldn’t be better, right in the center of everything, yet quiet inside. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Smart rental in a perfect location

Four of us who have been going to Ptown annually for about a decade spent a perfect week in this rental. The unit is thoughtfully designed to maximize its space. Both bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, there is plenty of room in the well-stocked kitchen and in the living room (with really comfy chairs and sectional), and the bonus of two private outdoor spaces -- one in the back and one out front that is perfect for people watching. The only thing that can match the unit itself is its location. We walked 90 seconds to Commercial Street to get coffee and walk on the beach each morning. You're a stone's throw from Liz's Cafe, Mussel Beach and everything else Ptown has to offer. The owner, Tim, was super easy to communicate with. Check-in/check-out was simple, and Tim was always available if we had a question but was not intrusive at all. Simply put, you can't beat this place. We already hope to be back next year.

Copper Mermaid during carnival week

Tim’s place, the Copper Mermaid, was the perfect property for Carnival 2023. Convenient to the gym, grocery store, restaurants, and the boatslip. The property was perfect for our group of 3. Spacious and clean with outdoor space to people watch from the front deck as well as a private back patio.

Fantastic rental in a great location.

Spacious, updated unit in the west end of Ptown. Recently updated with everything one needs. The layout of this 2 bed, 2 bath allows for a comfortable flow throughout and the kitchen is equipped with everything one needs to dine in should you choose. We thoroughly enjoyed this rental an can’t wait to return.

Perfect location in Ptown

The property was accurately described in the listing and the photos were accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. We very much enjoyed the property and hope to be back again.

Great place, great location!

The place was great, would absolutely stay here again. Clean, nicely decorated, all the amenities we needed. Can’t beat the location, within walking distance of everything…and just across street from bike rental.

Mid-July Stay

Location- Best ever for me. I’ve never been so close the Boastlip in all my years of traveling to Ptown. Walking to tea without breaking a sweat in July was a nice change. It’s just close enough to be able to run back for a forgotten item for tea and not missing anything. Host - Tim is great. The perfect amount of communication. When I had questions he was right there, but he didn’t pester or anything remotely close. Property - Amazing! Friends stopped by and saw it on the way to tea. They also had an outdoor space with their rental so they though there’s was comparable….but we also had TWO full baths with AMAZING showers. The master is a great size. As someone that overpacks (e.g. packing 15 pairs of shoes) and likes to spread out a bit, I had plenty of space to put things away, lay things out, etc. It was a great rental and I’ll be back.

P'town Perfection

So well organized and furnished! Super comfortable beds, the owners thought of everything when they remodeled this place. The private patio was well used by our group! I loved that everything is well labeled and easy to use. The location is perfect...close enough to the activity on Commercial St, yet far enough away to be peaceful. Nice amenities all around!

Great West End Location

This house was in great location on the west end next to Mussel Beach. The house is in great shape and the outdoor space is good for eating and entertaining. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook. Would definitely stay here again. Tim was very responsive to any questions. Look forward to staying here again.

Great Location for a Relaxing Weekend

Tim's place is beautiful and perfectly located just up the street from the fun of Commercial Street. My group really enjoyed the private outdoor patio, perfect for a morning coffee. Tim was really kind and responsive our whole trip. 10/10, would highly recommend.
