Reasonably priced, large rooms on well kept grounds, close enough to downtown Provincetown to stroll to Commercial street and downtown. The room was very clean and pleasant, with two comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities, a nice bathroom and attention to detail in the simple but well done decor. The pool was very nice plus, with plenty of lounge chairs, there was a fire pit for the evenings and the staff was gracious and efficient. I would recommend for an affordable stay in town with room for kids to play, and a great choice that won’t break the bank.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. Easier to get into Ptown than expected because of free summer shuttle and pedicabs. Walk doable but long. Good breakfast. Guests included families with children as well as het and queer couples. On-property activities like pool, firepit, shuffleboard.

Room was supposed to be overlooking the pool. The only thing you could see out the small window was a roof of a tent constructed by the pool. The room was very small to even sit around the small table you could not walk bye it so you had to move the chairs to go to the bathroom. Old ac unit was very noisy. All the 300 number rooms were converted from a 2nd older home which had the office downstairs. No where to have the coffee and snacks in the morning but under a portable tent by the pool outside.

Stayed here a thousand years ago, it was fun then and a nice comfortable retreat now. Completely renovated a while back, this was my first time back in a long while. Early Spring so the pool wasn't open yet. Front desk folks were awesome. I'd stay again if I can find an affordable rate.

The property was just okay . I thought for the money I paid that it would be a bit more fancy . It was a motel feel for a hotel price . When the people in the next room were using the shower it was so loud in my room . The pipes were loud that is.

Our 3rd time staying here for a girls trip. Super convenient to walk into town. Beds are comfy. I few upgrades since our last visit - better ac units. Great small frig with a working freezer!

We found the property very clean and wel-kept. We were very pleased with the layout of the room and second bedroom as we were traveling with our 18 year old daughter and the separate rooms for comfort and privacy were a nice bonus. The continental breakfast was good. A little variety day to day might have been nice (a suggestion, not a complaint.) overall we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again next time we travel to ptown.

Our room’s AC was inconsistent and unreliable. Then was the issue with the restroom door not closing and restroom blinds not closing. Besides these physical downsides, the inn is okay for price and location. You will be a 25 minute walk from the center of town. The amenities were average. Overall, I would only recommend this spot if you are looking for a more quiet stay away from the center.
