Crista is the BEST! I had accidently scheduled 3 king sized bedrooms with two children and their grandmother. As soon as I realized having separate rooms without adjoining doors was not going to work, Crista went into troubleshooting mode. She found the LAST two rooms that connected during the busiest time of year! The staff always was above and beyond. Horis would check in with the families with young children to make sure the splash pad was turned on for them - everyone was so approachable. THANK you for making our East Coast vacation relaxing, safe, and a family hit!

The property and staff were awesome, however Expedia booked 2 rooms instead of one because I had changed dates from 5 days to 4. I was charged for both and it’s damn near impossible to get refunded for your mistake. I’m never using Expedia again

It was nice being on the ocean but my complaint is the windows were filthy. You pay for the view but we had to wash the windows ourselves so we could see out of them.

We LOVE this hotel! The rooms are super cozy and the outdoor activities area by the pool is so cute and family friendly. Our room was clean as were all the common areas. We loved the location directly across from the ocean. It’s also a short drive to downtown for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. No car? No problem! The hotel is also on a public transit route and there is a shuttle but we didn’t utilize those. It is also inexpensive if you want to take a cab or uber for a night out. There is also a bike and scooter rental stand on site but we didn’t utilize that as our stay was so short and we had a full weekend planned. The hotel felt safe, even when we came in at 2am. We will 100% stay here again the next time we plan a trip to Ptown!
