The hotel and room, in particular, are adequate but need a lot of cosmetic repair work (i.e. chipped paint, wall corner damage, peeling paint in bathroom, chipped laminate flooring, hallway needed vacuuming, ice machine not working, etc). The desk clerks were both very friendly and helpful (gave me a small prepared bag of ice when I asked about the ice machine being broken).

They approved my reservation online with the card number and name. But upon arrival I was told even though my cousin was paying for me to go see my son with his card I couldn't stay there cause it was his and not mine. I had been driving for almost 2 days and had to sleep in the Walmart parking lot

I mean, I don’t have a lot to complain about the front desk. People were super nice. They were welcoming to my pet for no extra charge but the place we were just kind of old and the rooms were a little rundown like afraid to get under the blanket, rundown smoke alarm went off when I was taking a shower. There was multiple hairs that I found that were not mine, but the coffee was decent the next morning so all in all I have nothing to complain about it’s more just the condition of the building, but the price was also right and there were last-minute rooms available

Don't stay-Pass on it.

I was very disappointed in this place. I know it's a Motel 6 and in Utah... but for the price and being in bougie Lehi right close to the tech industry I did expect better. This place was gross. Honestly, the Clown Motel in Nevada is better then here and that's saying a lot. This entire place felt and looked dirty, sticky, moldy, dank, old, dusty, peeling, broken.... our room had wires jetting out of the wall in the bathroom ceiling, the paint was puckered and peeling in huge areas of the wall in there. The floor in the room was sticky by the bed, the window curtain was broken out of the wall and sagging. I didn't dare touch it for fear the whole thing would fall off the wall. Tiles in the front lobby were cracked and dirty and broken. I asked if this place was under going renovations and the guy up front straight face said, Nope! I would not go back ever of let anyone I know stay here. We stayed 12 hours and left fast. We didn't even shower there because when you think you'll feel dirtier then when you started you just don't. Also, the bed pillows were stained yellow... so gross. Swap those out for petes sake they are so cheap. The air vent for the AC hadn't been cleaned in 30 years whose knows what crap we breathed in.... All this stuff should be maintained on a regular... This place is in severe neglect...uuugghh.

The room looks exactly like picture. I only had two issues. The smell of room was bad and when I went to my car at 5:30 am in parking lot there were two in car next to me doing illegal activities in the car. This is not hotel fault.

Overall it was a fairly decent place. A lot of the other guests were being noisy in the hall. And things like the bathtub the stopper did not work it actually came out of the drain. The shower worked fine but other than that it didn't. Halfway through the night the headboard fell off the wall I was able to place it back on the wall but it is just not a very good design for the weight of the headboard. And I can tell that this is an older building. To the fact of some of the structural things that I saw.

The room was filthy! Even the phone had filthy grease and hair stuck to it! The sink had hair in it and so did the shower. There was a pile of garbage stacked outside the door. The noise from the highway was crazy and the air conditioner only worked for a few minutes before it would turn off.

It was fine but I’d stay elsewhere if possible.

The internet was okay, the pool was green, the staff were kind, professional and friendly, the room itself was clean but there were holes in the walls and space under the beds and bugs in the room and the bath was weird and missing the plug. The other guests smelled like alcohol so the hallway smelled like alcohol. Dogs barked at all hours. The beds are fine but one smooshed pillow and three towels for 4 people weren’t great. And two men were sleeping outside in a grass patch in the front of the facility.

This was by far the nastiest hotel I ever stepped foot in. There was old dried food, I'm guessing, splattered all over the walls. There was a big stain on the comforter, and when I pulled the covers back to look at the sheets, there was thick black hair all over. The front desk did move me rooms, and it was cleaner, but the walls are so thin you hear everything, toilets flushing, water running, people in the halls, street noise, everything. I was supposed to stay two nights, I got my money back for the second night, but I was forced to stay the first night because they wouldn't give my money back, then told they could have refunded me if I hadn't stayed!

This was great for the price. Great value, easy check in, very nice staff. I had a great experience and went to the chuck o rama down the street and it blew my mind. It was the best food of that type I ever had! Everything you need is close by.
