It was frustrating that the rooms are advertised as being able to accomdiate many adults having 2bedroom options for rooms. However the beds were smaller than queens (my mistake for not verifying), they charge for cribs & rollaway beds, the shampoo and soap were completely out in the bedroom attached bathroom, only 1 roll of toliet paper was provided, and there were questionable stains all throughout the room. The hotel itself is older and the staff was great, but the stay overall was very medocore considering local hotels nearby. The neighbors shower was so loud it woke me up at 5am. Both alarm clocks wouldnt stop going off at 6 in both rooms. Then the poor breakfest staff only had 1 women handling the crowd on a sunday morning. She was trying her best, but a weekend crowd really should have had at least 2. Things were repeadity empty. Additionally, for the size of this hotel and its advertiment of large rooms, the hotel pool was very very small, only able to allow 16 people. There is also no hot tub.

My reservation was booked for a week. As my plans changed I wanted to change the days of stay and they said it’s impossible. I thought ok, I leave it like this. When I came the hotel they canceled my reservation and charged me for a night without any notice. That time it was National championship and all hotels were booked. So they gave me option of smaller room, thanks. The property is old and they try put cheap air fresheners to make it look good, the smell is awful and not healthy… during the stay these- Sunday my room was cleaned once! I’ve gave a call to receptionist and they said sometimes they don’t have time.. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it and will find other place for next stay.

It was okay. Location was as good. Picked this hotel because they allowed dogs and had 1 hotel room big enough for our family without needing to get 2 separate rooms. The room felt basic and a little dirty. The pull out mattress was really worn out and thin .

It has been some time since we visited the Residence Inn website. We thought, because your rooms are larger and include a kitchen that they would be outside of our price range now that it's just two of us. We found ourselves staying an additional night in the Salt Lake area, and the hotel we were at in South Jordan had no rooms. When I saw how reasonable the price was for two, and knowing the quality your name represents, we were pleased to stay. In addition, we found the staff very pleasant and the breakfast very appealing and satisfying. Thank you

Good value, great breakfast!

The room we stayed in was pet friendly, so that was a plus. However, the shower had hair in it and the baseboards and doors has dust collected in the bathroom.
