Pretty ok

The hotel is a bit far away from the restaurants and the beach but only a 20min walk. The pool is not heated, not cleaned properly (poop floating?) and the pool times from 10-18 are laughable. The breakfast is decent althought the restaurant is noisy, crowded and the floor plan is poor. The dinner overpriced and poor quality. They sell you a 1 euro bottle of wine for 11-15 euros and the food is substandard. The rooms were pretty ok although they did not change sheets. Some staff speak very good english, some do not understand a word. The hotel itself is an eye candy. Lots of palm trees and other plants.

good sun holiday

beautifull setting,great area but could do with some more english speaking staff .food very basic and cold but on the whole the pool area made up for that, try n get a room with pool view.

We'd really like to come back

Great food everyday, friendly and professional staff, comfortable rooms, perfect for a holiday far away from the stress of our technological cities. Placed in the right location to explore the island, it's really close to the motorway and not far at all from the attractions and the centre of the city.

Miellyttävä vastaanotto jayleensä hyvin kohteliaita ja suunnattoman ahkeria olivat kaikki henkilöt, sekä siivoojat että keittiöhenkilökunta. Ihana aamiainen. Haluaisin mielelläni erityisesti tämän huoneen seuraavan kerran. Pidin juuri sen atmosfääristä, sekä omasta rauhallisesta pihasta että molempien omista huoneista ja myös että ystävättärelläni ja minulla olivat vierekkäiset omat huoneet. Toiveeni toteutettiin.

En pitänyt siitä että reception yritti vedättää meitä ja he tarjosivat sellaista huonetta meille jota emme olleet varanneet lisäksi huone oli siivoamaton. Odotimme 45 minuuttia ja sitten kun tiukkaan sävyyn kertoi ettemme ole tyytyväisiä tilanteeseen niin saimme vihdoin sellaisen huoneen jonka olimme tilanneet ja respassa myös maksaneet. En suosittele, enkä hyväksy tällaista toimintaa.

bien situé pour découvrir Ténériffe

Bon rapport qualité prix. Tout est correct à l'exception d'une cuisine qui se veut internationale mais qui est franchement pas terrible, surtout pour nous français. 99.9 des résidents étaient allemands, la langue française est totalement absente comme dans quasiment tous les sites et commerces ce cette île.

Schöner Urlaub in nettem Hotel

Nettes Hotel, zum Teil nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen 4 Sterne Standard angepasst, z.B. kleine Röhrenfernseher, veraltetes Bad und quitschende Betten. Aber alles tip top sauber und Essen und sonstige Annehmlichkeiten sowie Personal sehr gut.

Kiva hotelli

Hotelli oli viihtyisä eikä hiukan syrjäinen sijainti haitannut. Tosin meillä oli auto vuokralla. Toisaalta hotellin lähistöltä löytyi aina parkkipaikkoja. Hotellissa rauhallista eikä minkäänlaista häiriötä esiintynyt. Kävelymatka keskustaan on myös ihan OK, koska iso osa matkasta on puistojen läpi. Lapset erikoisesti tykkäsivät hotellin lukuisista kissoista ja kilpikonnasta ja uima-altaallakin tarkeni :-) Hotelln aamiainen oli myös riittävä eikä siihen parissa viikossa kyllästynyt.

Ferien Anfang Februar 2013

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage etwas enfernt vom Zentrum jedoch kann man das Zentrum zu Fuss oder mit dem Taxi bequem erreichen in ca. 15 Minuten. Einige Zimmer liegen an der stark befahrenen Strasse die man gut hören kann auch sollte man nicht vergessen nicht das neueste Hotel zu erwarten. Super Preis Leistung.
