The rooms facing the street are significantly sized but poorly designed. Too much wasted space. Big rooms with no real closet to hang clothes. I changed my room because you can hear all the noise from motorcycles and cars passing through. The floors in new room were filled with hair and smelled of cooking oil as if someone had been frying food in the suite. I called front desk which sent staff to clean the room and I also asked to change sheets as I had no guarantee they had been replaced. Its a nice hotel but hygiene is the last thing a guest should be faced with complaining about. Also their restaurant serves coffee from a machine. Coffee is important to people easy to make so offering coffee you can pick up from a gas station isn’t the way to go.

No room service, send 2 nights and had to make up the bed!!!! Not good at all! I ask the front desk for room service and we were told that we did not book all inclusive, therefore no cleaning service!!! Terrible!!!

There’s no room service or cleaning without having to pay additional fees. There’s no mini bar in the rooms as advertised. And there’s no people there. When asking to change my room, I was told that they had to see if one was available. Later to learn that there were only a few rooms rented in the entire place for the whole weekend. Oh and there’s also no daily buffet. Not enough people for one I’m guessing. Could be nice place, but managed and obviously promoted.

Room was big needs some improvements, easy check in, we had room by pool which was nice to open the sliders and the pool is there, didnt eat at hotel, did not like ,no room cleaning service, had to pay 15 us dollars to have the room cleaned which is ridiculous, i been all over the domincan republic and all aroind the world and never, never to pay to have the room cleaned.

Our stay overall was good, but unfortunately the elevator was not working, and we even got stuck inside. We tried using the alarm and phone, but no one came to assist, which was a very frightening experience. This really needs urgent attention for guest safety. Aside from that, the location is great — many beachfront restaurants nearby, and the locals were wonderful. The rooms could use more regular cleaning or upkeep since no housekeeping service is provided. With a few improvements, this could be a fantastic place to stay.
