Beautiful room and property with exceptional service. The pool is a perfect cooler temperature and has a stunning view with open bar and plenty of seating when we stayed. Drinks are U.S. prices, but delicious and well worth it (shout out to Speedy who took great care of us poolside).They offer a grocery shopping service prior to arrival that made our stay even more comfortable and we made full use of the brand new kitchen appliances. The washer and dryer were also new, and soap was provided - great not to come home with bags of dirty clothes thanks to this amenity! Surround views from the corner king suite were amazing even though we were only on the 2nd floor and had really hoped for a higher floor. Our concierge was right - because the hotel is on a hill, there isn’t a bad view in the house if you're ocean facing. We recommend keeping the blinds closed during the day to keep the room cooler. However, the multiple fans and AC work very well even in the hottest hours of the day. My only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom which was harsh, white LED sporlighting and cast shadows making it hard to see yourself in the mirror for make-up, etc. This is a very minor criticism, however. The best part of this beautiful hotel/condo was the team. Every staff member we encountered was delightful and helpful. Housekeeping, security, poolside staff, and check-in teams all made us feel welcome and right at home. We LOVED this place and are definitely planning on a repeat stay.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was great. The unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen, washer and dryer and an amazing view from the balcony. The only negative was the bathroom. There was no fan and very little counter space. There was no hook to hang the towels or any type of table or shelf in the corner to set any travel bags. There was also no other mirror in the room except for the one in the bathroom, so not able to see a full outfit or close-up.

We loved this place and definitely plan to return. Our orientation upon checking in was thorough and welcoming. The hotel is located within walking distance to all kinds of great restaurants and the ocean, but the area around the hotel is nice and quiet (except for a fun and loud Sunday afternoon tea dance at a nearby rooftop -- not a problem at all.) The layout of our room was great. The partial ocean view from the balcony was exactly that -- we were able to look out at the water and enjoy the view, but it was not an "ocean front" view. It was what I expected and was quite lovely. The bed and linens were great, and it was nice to have chilled, double-filtered water directly from the refrigerator, safe and tasty for drinking. The furnishings were comfy, and housekeeping was reliable and unobtrusive. Also, what a treat to have a washer and dryer right in the room. We definitely took advantage of that! The rooftop infinity pool was truly fantastic. What a view! We spent a lot of time by the pool. Our only very minor negative was the poolside bar -- the service was wonderful (friendly and efficient), but the drinks were disappointing. The margaritas didn't taste of lime and the lemon-drop martini didn't really taste of lemon. The house wines were only OK. If the wine and cocktails lived up to the amazing setting, it would elevate this already-great poolside experience to the next level. This was a wonderful find; it will be our go-to place in PV from now on!
