Very, very clean, great security, friendly & very cordial staff. My entire party has always felt very safe at this Hotel and in Puerto Vallerta. I like that we must wear wristbands - to me, it’s an another level of security. Love this Hotel!

Our room was not clean when we arrived. The table in the room was never cleaned, and there was half empty soda bottles from the previous guest in the refrigerator. We called the front desk and informed the staff. They couldn't adequately speak English. The table was never cleaned the entire time we were there. The room next to ours left trays, plates and food in the hallway across from our rooms, and it was not picked up for what seemed like one and a half days.

Beware!!...we had our medication stolen out of room, from a zippered suitcase! Manager did not help us, we made a report, had multiple meetings with manager(s) had to see doctor in hotel, take multiple taxis to different pharmacies then pay for very expensive medication, lost at least a day of our "vacation" then spent the next week feeling unsafe and unwelcomed, brutal! Other guests told stories of other personal items being stolen from their rooms as well. We wrote 2x letters to Marriot to no avail, now just reported to Visa because we feel so ripped off and the management at the hotel refused to do anything and we still can't believe how they treated us!

We paid for all inclusive. We had to pay to go to the SuperBowl watch party which we didnt have to last year. We also had to pay to get our room fridge filled which was never filled even after calling twice to have it filled. Luckily we werent charged for something we didnt get. Service this year was poor compared to last year.
