Great place, especially for the price. Generous sized room, surprisingly comfortable beds, and the beds have plenty of pillows. Central location within walking distance of several great coffee shops and the WSU campus. Staff was super nice. Not at all your traditional college town motel. Would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome by the front desk staff member. He explained everything very well and was incredibly friendly. The room was as pictured, and it was very tidy and felt clean. The AC was easy to use and had good instructions. The only negative was that there were some small stains on the bedsheets. We would definitely stay there again.

Super convenient location to downtown Pullman. Motel is freshly painted outside with nicely updated rooms. Lots of comfy pillows and a very comfy bed. We have stayed in several different Pullman accommodations, but CougarLand is the best one so far. No wonder they are so popular during game weekends! Would definitely stay here again.

While the structure is older, it is well maintained, nicely furnished with clean, non-smoking rooms, and is convieniently located a half-block off the main intersection.

Great Budget Motel

We enjoyed our stay at the CougarLand motel. While it was not fancy, the room was clean, staff were friendly and the location was perfect- right downtown Pullman. Great price too.

The staff and the location were great. The room could use alil help. It looked like it needed some maintenance repairs. The vent in the bathroom was scary to turn on. The coffee pot had a moldy coffee pod left in it before we checked in. For the price we paid, it was satisfactory but I do believe the place needs some help!

She said 3rd level- which you had to drive to. Found out after climbing with luggage to 3rd floor. Room was over 100 degrees and took hours to cool. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and big window at street level curtains didnt cover completely. Super awkward when trying to use the bathroom and wave at passerby’s. I don’t know where this place got good ratings.
