One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve been to. We stayed in the luxury chairman’s 3 bedroom suite in the diamond club. Our butler Kelvin was the best! Checked in with us every morning and got us everything we needed when we needed it. Definitely request him if you can. All the staff here were very nice and we had a lot of fun with them. Great drinks, great food and entertainment. Beach and pool were awesome as the spa was amazing! Always something to do if you want to keep busy and a great place to relax if you don’t. Diamond Club is definitely the way to go and let your butler do all the work for you! Only negative we had is that we didn’t stay longer.

Loved this hotel! Elizabeth the bartender at reception was the nicest person! The food is good. Everything clean, enough pools for a family resort. Enjoyed every drink and the staff was great. I will def be back !

Night shows, beach and bar service were great. Dining service and food (restaurants with reservation) were not great, even bad sometimes. Pictures with live animals should be banned (animal mistreatment). Beach and bar staff always great.

The outside looked so bad. Everything was great till the last day they never came to clean the room. Asked three housekeepers that day and they kept saying oh it’s not me had to call the front desk 3 times they showed up at 1030pm the food is okay best place is the ice cream and coffee shop.

We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was very helpful. Any of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The only thing I would say that needs updating is the quality of cleaning in the rooms. Some things need to be replaced as they are broken or highly stained. Other than that it was an extremely relaxing and pleasant stay.
