The hotel itself is good, and food overall is good. We had the pleasure to meet Carlos, the Chief and he invited us to eat at Ocean View, wow, the food was sooooo good. But unfortunately I cannot say the same about the restaurant to eat meat, the one in front of the Bull; first of all we had to wait 30 minutes because the table wasn’t ready beside the time that we made the reservation, once at the table we had to ask three times to be attended after waiting another 30 minutes, because we were like invisible. Then they wanted us to eat lobsters and tomahawks (the guy was so mean pushing us to buy those plates); we asked for the regular menu and we were penalized for another 30 minutes before we started eating. Waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes is tooooo long to be honest.

Horrible fire alarm kept going off all night toilet was stopped up someone came to fix it said it was fixed but wasn't. The beach at this resort is absolutely stunning — clean, soft sand and crystal-clear water make it a true paradise. It’s easily the highlight of our stay and worth every bit of praise. That said, the service could use improvement. From what we observed, the resort would benefit from better organization, especially at check-in, which was chaotic and frustrating. We weren’t the only ones experiencing delays, so it seems to be a broader issue. Dining was a mixed bag. The buffet was underwhelming compared to other resorts we’ve visited, but the à la carte restaurants were a pleasant surprise — definitely make reservations ahead of time to enjoy those. One delightful bonus: our toddler had a blast in the lazy river, which added a fun and relaxing touch to our family vacation.

This hotel needs major updates to feel like a luxury resort. The staff is very friendly but need better hospitality skills. The rooms are great but the maintenance of the features should be a priority. As big as this resort is the limited food places make it feel small. There are a select few people who give exceptional service. Golf carts should be more readily available to transport guests more quickly to different parts of the resort. A regular trolley or train service would be helpful.

Great Resort Great Staff all around great for families would recommend the Diamond Club it does up the experience helps for an easy check in process and with the help of a butler for anything you would need along the way from setting up dinner reservations at the main restaurants to room service really anything is just message away. You do have your own area with pool beach access swim up bar and sit down area for lunch with the diamond club status. There’s 2 other main pools and hot tubs and a couple of kids pools that aren’t deep along with the lazy river that has a swim up bar plenty of chairs everywhere with umbrellas or over head shaded areas plenty of towels also. The resort is fairly spread out so alittle walking is necessary to get to a couple of the main restaurants and the main buffet Thats at the front of the resort but if you happen to have a room in a building towards the back they do have one restaurant in the middle and one at the back along with the ocean view restaurant. But during the day they have a food truck set up by the main pools and a sit down area with a small buffet right beside the lazy river. A Coffee shop/ ice cream is at the front of the resort so after dinner you can grab a dessert and coffee before the shows start different every night with nice sit down chairs all around. If you have kids and teens they have areas for them with plenty of activities during the day with plenty of activities for everyone thru out the rest of the resort.
