Definitely could use some remodeling and rooms taken better care of. But the staff was all amazing. Dolores at the pool bar is absolutely amazing. Only thing i do not like is being pushed to sign up to things as soon as you arrive. Im there on vacation not to be pressured to sign up to clubs promtions ect. And the food was the best i have had at any resort we have stayed at there.

The facility is very nice, a little qear and tear sign showing but the staff and service is what makes this place special and a 5 star hotel. There butler service team is so very accomadating and our butler Suleica goes far and beyond to give you and help to make your day perfect

enjoyed my stay here. Stayed July 3-6 and booked a swim up romance room. The swim up was so worth it. Very quiet and very few people around us. It was in the corner and had a little patio area to hang out on. The bar was right around the corner and it made our stay so perfect. The food was alright, there was lots of variety but book reservations in advance. The popular restaurants were booked so I wish I would have known to try to secure a spot before the trip. Our butler was very nice, communicated through what’s app and accommodated all our needs. We did only physically see him day one and right before we were getting in the car for the airport, but otherwise he did his best to answer questions, call for rides, or bring extra snacks and drinks. We were there on my birthday and also celebrated a week engaged. We ended up with 3 bottles of champagne and a complimentary bottle of rum. They even decorated the door and brought me a small cake. This was my first all inclusive and trip out of the country but over all I had a great time. The resort is huge but easy to navigate once you find your way around. Didn’t take advantage of the night life but they send you a daily itinerary of what will be available. Casino was small but fun. Overall loved my experience, I think the swim up room made the biggest difference. Having that privacy and access to the pool and a bar (also a food truck by the bar) really contributed to relaxing and enjoying my partner.

5 stars on the food, so many different choices to chose from. Very clean and the servers were very attentive. Our butlers Cris and Daniel treated is like VIP. The only problems we had were with the bracelet that opens the door to our room. Trying to open the door to our room was very frustrating at time. Also depending on which bar you were at the drinks were a hit or miss. Also the rooms were not very cold, we had to change our room the first night because the room was to warm. We did get another room and the ac was a little bit better but not as cold as we wanted it to be. My siste staying in another room also had the same problems. The grounds were beautiful and all the workers were friendly.

We had an incredible time. This was our first all inclusive trip and can’t wait to do it again. Upon arrival we were greeted by our butler Edward who was fantastic and made our stay very enjoyable. The pools were great and beach was beautiful. The beach was not necessarily private as many people asked for excursions and getting photos with birds but relaxing other than that. Swim out room was well worth it. Staff were great. Some food was fantastic but other places were just okay. We stayed at the adult side which I would highly recommend to anyone. They did have a family side and hope to bring my kids one day.
