Lovely hotel. Great location, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. My son loved the indoor pool. Our complimentary upgraded one-bedroom suite was amazing! The view was stunning. The front desk staff at checkout who helped us had the most cheerful, professional, courteous, and friendly vibe! He should be a role model for current and future employee training. Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive.
