Friendly and helpful staff, especially the valet (that is worth every penny). Spacious, quiet, and clean room with amazing Nespresso coffee maker. Excellent location with everything in the old city walkable. Will definitely stay here when back in town.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room were spacious and clean. Location is very close to other attractions in old Quebec. Very happy with our stay at Manoir Victoria. The dinner at Boulay was top notch.

The Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Could not purchase coffee fm the Restaurant. Coffee was available at the entrance but not associated with The Hotel and was not good.

The location was great. Right in the heart of Old Quebec and very walkable. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only issue I had was that there are a lot of stairs to get into the hotel which was not mentioned anywhere. Thankfully there is someone that takes your luggage up for you because otherwise it would have been impossible for us to get our luggage into our room.
