When I arrived I checked in on the tablet in the lobby and went to my assigned room where I found there was already someone in my bunk. That person and I went to the lobby to figure out the problem. The person working was at a 1/10 on giving a crap about it. Finally, once it was sorted out I found that the plugin for electricity in my bunk didn't work. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, not clean at all. The room was very hot, it didn't seem to be temperature controlled.

Great location, iffy quality facilities. This property was very mid for me, I felt like it focused more on feeling trendy than providing quality spaces. The Pods in concept are great, but the pulley/ window shade bed situation doesn't really work and is hard to use. The white plastic lets light through from other pods at night, and they are a little creeky. That said, the location is absolutely fantastic! the staff were helpful, and I had a totally fine stay here.
Woke up 4a b/c room beside was showering, and it was the quaking sound rather than pure watering sound. Parking was hard but is normal for downtown. Room was so tiny that even the luggage could be hardly fully open. Price was good considering the above
Terrible check in confusion for almost everyone, even if checked in on line there is still long process to though. Queues of people trying to get into their rooms at 3pm

Good location
It’s got a great location for access to Queenstown and is a good option if you’re adventuring on a budget. We stayed in a queen room and it was small, but clean and comfortable. Walls are thin. If you’re looking for a hostel, this is great, kitchen set up looked useful. If you’re looking more for a hotel, this is not really set up for you.
Simple but guaranteed clean bed and shower. If you don't mind the shared living space it’s a great affordable option right in town!

The rooms in the basement had no windows and a few of the girls in the room had the same feeling I had: jail cell. The pods were freezing making it very difficult to sleep and I wanted to have a warm shower to help but there was no hot water…
I had planned to stay just about 3 weeks but after 5 days I cancelled the rest because I did not like it here. I have never been so cold in my life and I live Canadian winter every year. I asked the staff twice if they could adjust the temperature and was told that the whole floor was on the same thermostat so they could not because people preferred to sleep being cold rather than warm. I agree… to a certain extent. My teeth were clattering, I had to wear everything I owned to get through the night. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The kitchen was tiny and not very clean, nowhere to sit on that floor except 2 tiny tables outside, I suspect it maybe had something to do with wanting people to go up to the roof restaurant. The bathrooms were ok but not the cleanest I’ve seen but not the worst either. People were respectful of noise mostly and the pods have power outlets and lights each which was convenient.
Great location in Qtown. Vibe was very 18-30 yo single traveler. Music was a little loud in the bar/common area. No seating in the shared kitchen made meal times more challenging for our family group with a 6 month old infant.
Rooms were clean and well organised, but very small. Bathrooms in the room were excellent.
