We stay at this hotel every time we are in town. This most recent stay was a bit different in that the staff was very new and the ladies didn't seem to understand how to bill us at the bar. The beer prices were much higher than usual (and they were out of Miller Lite) and we were unable to do a tab separate from our room. Just overall not what we are used to for this location and hope it was just a learning curve for the staff.

The staff that I did see were friendly, but the only time I saw or spoke to anyone was at check-in. The pool was pretty dirty and so was our room (someone had obviously had a birthday party in our room because there were used candles and cake pieces everywhere). Just the little things. Overall it really is one of the best options in Quincy. We really enjoy being able to walk to Applebees and Target.

Understaffed. Housekeeping not remotely close to thorough in room and in common areas. Air conditioner not working properly in room (prob thermostat). Overall just a worn out property needing some serious TLC. Or, just consider it true "rustic charm" and pretend you are in a remote mountain cabin.

I ended up staying here twice on a recent trip down south. It really is a nice friendly family style place. Extremely reasonably priced. I enjoyed staying in one of the specialty rooms and after nine hours on the road it was a welcome environment to have a late dinner and a movie. Great staff.

The hot tub was closed which I called before hand and was told the pool and hot tub was open and that’s the only reason I booked here. The hallways was so loud. People slamming doors and stuff all night long. It sounded like the neighbors was in our room.

We had a great night here. We stayed in the family room with the bunk beds and our kids loved it. The whole place has a cute lodge theme and the pool was very nice. All the staff was very helpful and kind.
