We stay at this hotel when we visit our son and his family in Durham. The last two stays I have said I won’t stay there again because the mattresses need to be turned or replaced. It was very uncomfortable and not good for a senior individual’s back and neck. I will be glad to be in my own bed tonight for that reason. That bed made me ache.

They cancelled our reservation due to being overbooked for Dreamville fest and they kept blaming Expedia for cancelling my reservation. They tried to charge my card before I even stepped foot in North Carolina and cancelled my room. Did not accommodate at all. Staff was very rude

Nice hotel, easy check in and parking. Very clean hotel. Great service. Breakfast was kind of the usual stuff. Be nice to have a cook on staff for breakfast, not a fan of powdered eggs.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room, Yahoo!! Quite, very nice. Shower floor a little slippery, toilet paper kind of rough, mattress maybe not as new as it could be. I would definitely stay again, the cleanliness and staff won me over
