The breakfast menu were fresh and many choices either hot or cold items. The breakfast staff were all friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were all friendly! I wished the room were clean ( dusty and needs vacuuming). The bed were not made properly. The fitness room were fantastic!

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect! We will come here several times a year after this experience. The room was clean and beautiful, had every convenience we could want and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfectly comfortable and peaceful. The beds were amazing. My mother was here for treatment at Duke and we come several times a year from Florida. The room had plenty of space for her wheelchair which is tough to find sometimes in a hotel. The tub had a flip down bench and it was perfectly equipped for a relaxing shower. The breakfast was awesome and there was nothing that could have made our stay better. Every person that worked here was super nice and professional. We are very grateful

Our favorite place to stay anytime we have a flight through RDU. The staff is always courteous and respectful. The area is safe, clean, and still conveniently placed within vicinity of various activities. The thing that doesn’t make sense is the price of items in the hotel “convenient store” is very far from convenient… other than those prices the place is great and THEY ARE NO MICROWAVES IN THE ROOM!

Very friendly and efficient desk service staff. Our television did not work properly, contacted staff and they said someone would come to work on it. No one ever came. After 45 min. I googled known issues for hotel TV's not working and was able to fix it myself. This was disappointing. Breakfast is not complimentary, but similar to free breakfast elsewhere. Beautiful renovation facility. Would stay here again. It's nice.
