Absolutely disgusting. Bugs in the light in the ceiling, horrible smell that smelled like mold/mustyness, the bed felt like cardboard that you sank into, the mirror was sideways, the bathtub stained, and there was hair on the bed sheets. And they declined a refund when we checked out 30 minutes later for our two day stay. We will never book again. Also, don’t book through hotels.com because they will only go to the hotel asking for permission to refund which will be denied.

While the room was clean and the staff helpful, the property itself could use a good power washing in the stairwells and walkways. Windows and glass doors in office needed cleaning. The bed was comfortable.

Good stay

The staff is always kind and helpful. The location is a little loud and can get rowdy on the weekends as can any vacation area. The rooms are clean and well stocked with essentials. Location is close to food and shopping, and easy to get to.

When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. It took quite a while to check in, and I had to do it through a tiny little window. When I was leaving, there was again nobody at the front desk and nobody answered the bell. I was unable to get a cup of coffee. This will never be my first choice of a place to stay.
