Our main problem was that there was not exhaust fan in bathroom - nothing dried very well because of that. If there was a fan and it wasn't working, that would be one thing, but no fan was there?? That seems strange, never been in a room without a fan.

This is the perfect location when travelling to Rapid City for health care appointments. It has always been neat, clean and well kept. Offers a nice variety of breakfast options. Definitely my go to place to stay for these visits.

Close to Hospital.

This hotel is dated, especially the bathroom in our accommodations. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff! I interacted with 5 different staff members and each was superb! The breakfast is just so-so. My largest complaint is it is overpriced for the facility. We chose to stay there because of the proximity to the hospital as my husband had an early morning procedure the next day. I believe the hotel takes advantage of this.

We had an early morning appointment nearby and it was extremely convenient to stay here. The hotel was clean, quiet and I loved the breakfast room. The staff was extremely helpful when I messed up my reservation. The only issue I had was trying to use the spa. It was filled with children. Children don't belong in hot tubs but I don't know there is anything the hotel staff could do to prevent it when their parents were also in the tub.

Super clean and flexible property.

This hotel is amazing. We were in town because we had a baby in the NICU. When our baby was released they allowed us to cancel remaining nights so easily. That saved us money at a time that really could have hurt. Hotel is also clean and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again if we ever need to be in the hospital again.
