We needed a place to stay quick as we were traveling late. Staff accommodated us and even kept the pool open an extra 30 minutes for my kids to get out some energy after being in a vehicle all day. The room was spacious and clean and we got breakfast! Everything was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Somewhat disappointed

I’m giving this hotel 3 stars. The hotel was very clean, the night staff when we checked in was wonderful. We got there 15 minutes before the pool closed and he allowed us a few extra minutes to get some swim time in. We were having issues with our shower, the water wasn’t getting any hotter than lukewarm. When we called the desk the following morning, she wasn’t very helpful.. she told us that nobody else has EVER complained of this and that she would get maintenance up to our room and I’m not even sure that they ever came. We just dealt with cool showers. The housekeepers were not friendly at all. The hotel has signage that housekeeping will not come unless requested. Saturday morning I saw the housekeepers cleaning rooms on our floor so I handed them the paper asking for a “full service”. She had an icky attitude and said “well do you want us to make the beds?” I’d assumed a full service included making beds. We left for day and when we came back to the hotel, we found a garbage bag of towels tied to our door, and housekeeping never went into our room. That was disappointing. Breakfast was ok but they had the same items every day we were there.

Amazing!

On a 33-day business trip involving 5,000 miles of driving and lots of hotels. Stayed here 3 nights and it was the best hotel of the whole trip. Staff, room, breakfast, everything--all great.

Terrible guests near us . I had to call front desk twice . Once at 1:30am and once at 2:20am. To pay for that is terrible. Then we had to get up early and drive 10 hrs home. Not fun gir my wife and kids .
