The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Concern: The shower and bathroom floor are slippery as ice! It's scary to think of falling. The floor and shower seem to have a buildup of soap that is very slick.

So clean and smelled great. King room wascery nice. It was really cool that our room included 1 breakfast ans the water park. However, the staff at the water park were so rude and completely unnacceptable. We didnt end up being able to use it due to a storm and were rushed out of the door upon arriving.

Cleaner room ladies does not completely clean the rooms. They just give new towels, fix bed sheets and the shower is not clean with hair left overs. Vacuum cleaning not thorough and soap dispensers not checked so we ran out.

Great hotel and staff!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super helpful and kind. The bar/restaurant had good food and drinks and the outside area had a really nice fire pit with seating as well. The only complaint we had was the bed was not very comfortable. The convention center was really nice also. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to family and friends.
