Villa Palazzina Burjaki is located in a small village Burjaki only 12 km from Labin, 1.7 km from the sandy beach in village Trget and 5 km from the mountain Skitača.

With more than 200m2 it spreads on two floors and consists of three double bed bedrooms and one bunk bed bedroom, each with its private bathroom, kitchen, dining area with large table for 10, living room, fitness and sauna.
The outdoor area includes a private pool and open terrace with garden furniture.

Every bedroom as well as living room is air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite LCD TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a great meal - combined gas and electric cooker, oven, dish washer, large fridge with a freezing compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster,.. House is also equipped with washing machine, iron, hair dryer, safe,...
