The elevators were being remodeled (I guess) so there was white boards and blue tape on them, and the pool apparently wasn’t available- which I didn’t know until I looked it up and it said under construction until October 2025. (Maybe it was available but I didn’t even ask after I read that on the website, but didn’t see it before I booked the room)

They have remodeled stool doing s little bit. I always stay here it's good price real breakfast super nice front desk. I don't like indoor pool in summer too hot but it's great when we visit in the winter. The only complaint I have is there towels need fabric softness

Nice property but AC wasn't good and room was still 80+ degrees after 3 hours. Desk clerk said no other rooms were available so we changed hotels since the room was uninhabitable. Expedia was incredibly helpful with a refund.

The property was mostly fine with the exception of the bathroom door being improperly installed. It was not plumb and therefore swung to the closed position only. We had to put a doorstop under it to keep it where we wanted it.

The property is under renovations. I knew this when I made the reservation, so was expecting the slight chaos that goes with a full renovation. The room we stayed in had not yet been renovated, so expected the dirty carpet. The bed was extremely firm which did not help my back any, however I still got a decent amount of sleep.

Red Bluff Round Up 2025

A friend and I came over from the coast to stay and go Round up and the hotel was very nice and clean, looked like they were in a remodel, but with all that going on it still was nice and clean. We got in super late on the day of check in and the young gentleman was so friendly and understanding. I forget his name though, but he was great and got us checked in relatively quick.

Middle of a remodel. Our room had no closet, no closet! Had to ask at desk for a hair dryer. Handicapped accessible water spout was way too high for me to reach. Beed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Very nicely proportioned bedrooms, dog friendly. Check in with evening receptionist left a lot to be desired had to ask about check out, breakfast, and pool times, only to find out pool is closed. He swiped for extras but no extras available, no bar, no food as the whole hotel is a building site and being renovated. Worse aspect was the electric charging points were blocked by non electric cars. Should be lovely after renovations.

They were under construction it smelled of mastic, varnish and sheetrock dust, so we immediately asked for a refund. they told us to contact you. Which we did. Now Expedia says they contacted management at the hotel to refund our money because we did not stay there even one and we were charged for two nights. According to the email I received from Expedia the hotel refused to cancel the room charges, they told us Expedia has to cancel the charges, so we are getting the royal runaround. :( So we are extremely hesitant to stay at IHG again and to use Expedia.
