The room was clean when you first walked in but after opening the curtains and moving the foot stool for the chair you can see that the cleaning staff wasn’t doing a full clean. There were chips under the foot stool that they clearly ignored and the window ledges need some serious attention, and the air ducts had a smell and you can clearly tell they need to be cleaned out and haven’t been in a long time. And when I went to the pool, as I was leaving I had slipped and fell in the fitness centre, which is the way I was told to go when asked for directions. Did file an incident report because I can’t be the first this has happened to. Wasn’t offered any kind of compinsation for the incident. The supervisor did take it seriously though and did ask if I was ok and needed anything in that moment, but wasn’t offered anything.
You can see behind the grate the build up of dirt and dust that people are breathing in.

Its a nice big facility with a bit of shopping, a barber shop, casino and lounge with outside patio all on site. A male staff member refused to check us in at 2:00, told us to come back in a couple of hours, a female staff member heard this, asked us to come to her and she had NO PROBLEM AT ALL getting us a room and letting us check in right then and there!!

We had a great stay here. The rooms were very nice. We stsyed in a club level room and it was definitely worth it. The club lounge was a huge perk, and the food was great. The staff were so nice and housekeeping was great. Definitely would stay here again.
