The room was quiet even though the place was sold out! The little lounge is AWESOME great drinks, food and service. Hys is a MUST THE STEAK WAS INCREDIBLE. And the morning breakfast was awesome. It’s the full package.

The standout features are the great food at the casino and the incredibly friendly staff. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I’ve stayed here before and will definitely return. I hope the hotel plans to upgrade and modernize the rooms. While the dark, outdated rooms are clean, the overall renovation is overdue. New windows would be a great addition, especially since I had to scrape ice off the inside during a -30-degree night. However, don’t let the above “negative” deter you; this is a great hotel with plenty of potential for improvement.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. View was excellent. Enjoyed the Casino and its food menu. This was a leisure trip to visit friends in Red Dear. Lots of parking and easy access to primary routes.

Rooms are nice. Hotel is nice. However, had someone start a massive screaming, crying, shouting match in the hall at 2 a.m. Ended at 3 a.m. Then started again at 5 a.m. Not sure why hotel staff did nothing about this.

Room had a half smoked cigarette inside the closet on top shelf, had two disposable contact lenses in the garbage can (could be easily missed as they are transparent). Staff were all friendly people and the restaurant had great food. The staff did us ask us to leave the hot tub 7 minutes before advertised closing time, and when youre on an in and out trip and had a half hour for the pool, its annoying, should stick to your hours. But overall a good spot and you get what you pay for (the rates are unbeatable)
