This beautiful southwestern townhome is located on the east end of town, right off of Main Street. You’ll be right in the heart of Red River, but the cozy western atmosphere of this 2 bedroom townhome will make you feel secluded in your own slice of mountain paradise.



Walk through the doors of Aspen West 5 on the ground floor and the warm wood accents inside immediately make you feel welcome as you walk past two bedrooms, both with queen beds. On the first floor, you will also find a full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs so there’s no need to worry about over packing, go ahead and leave room for some Red River souvenirs. This property also has a Keurig for your use.



After getting settled in your bedrooms, head upstairs to find your fully equipped kitchen and open living space. The open floor plan makes it a piece of cake to go from cooking your favorite meal to relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace. Looking to open up the space a little more? The sliding glass door opens up to the balcony so you let in the fresh mountain air and beautiful scenic views.



On the third floor is the loft area with two twin beds and a queen sized bed. This large open area is the perfect place for the kids to play, while still being apart of all the action down below. With all this space, Aspen West 5 sleeps 8 people comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. Square footage is 1200.



There is high-speed WiFi available at this property and a satellite Tv in the living room. The high-speed WiFi makes this a perfect place for those who work remotely. Wood is provided during the winter months for the fireplace. Aspen West 5 is Pet Friendly, and allows two dogs under !00lbs. with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee, due at check in. There is one parking spot reserved for this unit. Sorry, there is no parking for trailers at this location.
