Nestled into the mountain you’ll find the Casa Nueva Townhomes. These rentals are perfect for folks who are looking to escape the masses on Main Street and enjoy the peaceful mountain air. Located about 1/2 mile away from town, guests enjoy the peace and quiet of the laid back mountain lifestyle, while still being close to everything in town.



Casa Nueva Townhouse #4 is a two-bedroom townhouse that sleeps 6 with breathtaking views that overlook the town. The carport entrance leads up a stairway to the main living area. In an open floor plan, you will find a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen along with a dining and living area complete with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided in winter), a flat-screen TV, and wireless internet. On this level, there is also a ½ bath and a private balcony.



The two bedrooms are on the 3rd level. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed and bedroom two has a full bed. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. There is a full bath (tub/shower) in the hallway between the bedrooms and a private balcony facing south. This property has a total of 1224 square feet.

The property has Direct Tv. No Washer/Dryer. Trailer Parking Available. This property is located about ¼ mile from Downtown and winter access will be difficult without a 4x4 vehicle. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. Skiing 2023

Townhouse was nice. Pictures make it look bigger than it is. Pull-out couch needs a new mattress/piece of foam. Cleaning crew needs to vacuum better (maybe they need a new vacuum) and check the cleanliness of dishes coming out of the dishwasher/washed by guests. Each dish/pot/piece of flatware had to be washed before using. Nice place just needs more attention to the details.

Water break in unit

The place was beautiful and in a great location near town. After arriving and settling in, turned on the heat but it never heated the place and then shortly after a water pipe burst and we had to evacuate. We were promptly accommodated, but had to be split between 2 locations. The new places were much smaller and the oven of the unit with a kitchen did not work. Being split between the 2 locations was an inconvenience.
