Tämä on kaunis kolme makuuhuoneen kotiin parvi, ja kaksi ja puoli kylpyhuonetta. Sinulla on enemmän tilaa kuin tiedät mitä tehdä! Tämä koti on erittäin suuri avoin olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö varmistaa, että riippumatta siitä, missä olet, voit silti olla vuorovaikutuksessa perheen ja ystävien! Olohuoneessa on iso taulutelevisio kaapeli-tv ja DVD-soitin. Ruokailutila on suuri ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu jopa 6, jossa on runsaasti lisäistuimia keittiön baarissa. Makuuhuoneessa sijaitsee vain ohi ja vasemmalla puolella ruokailutila. Se on varustettu king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, taulu-tv ja runsaasti kaappitilaa! Vastapäätä makuuhuoneessa on ensimmäinen vierashuonetta varustettu queen puoli kylpyhuone pois puolelle, taulutelevisio ja suuri vaatekaappi! Kolmas makuuhuone on vain käytävää pitkin, kun kylpyhuone ja on varustettu queen ja taulutelevisio. Tikkaat käytävällä sisäänkäyntien parvi, joka sijaitsee Foosball pöytä ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta puoliksi yksityinen makuutila täydellinen lapsille. Karlin Ranch talo on erittäin suuri esiportaan joidenkin ulkoterassi. Esittele ruoanlaittotaitoihimme kaasu BBQ grilli (kaasupullo ja täyttöjä tarjotaan). Autotalli ei ole saatavilla ajoneuvoja, mutta löydät pesukone / kuivuri siinä sinun rahanpesun tarpeisiin!

The heaters in the house were not working. They had portable heaters but they couldn't keep up. We checked in on Sunday afternoon and were told the heaters would be repaired on Monday. They were waiting on parts. No one ever came to fix the heater. We called the office M Vacation properties in Red River but they did not call us back. The house was very cold every morning

Very nice cabin. Easy check in..Pretty well stocked with most things you need.. our family had a ping pong tournament (one of the paddles is broken btw.. not us)… pretty short walk to town… sleeps quite a few people comfortably (wouldn’t use the loft for small children..the ladder is pretty steep)… overall great stay.. only a couple of negatives .. 1. No AC (but this is pretty common for rentals in this area )…. And 2. maybe a bit more dishwasher detergent… (large group lots of dishes)

Great stay!

This cabin was great! If you are looking for a comfortable functional cabin this is it! Plenty of space in living and in dinning room for everyone to relax and eat a meal or sit by fire and watch a movie!

Great location very close to town and slops, kitchen was stocked well.. just needs some cleaning spray to help clean up after you cook. And buy groceries before you get there if you do. The store is expensive and not a great selection. The house was great !

The house was great for a family. The cleanliness could be improved and the town needs to allow ice removal in driveways so people don't fall. It was close to town. The bedrooms on the main level were convenient.

Made for the perfect stay!

We had a group of six. The local shuttle comes to your door for pick up/drop off. The neighborhood is quiet and the folks that you meet are friendly. During the winter it is a bit of a walk over ice and snow into town, but driving the short distance and finding parking were not an issue. We stayed for four nights. We were a bit worried about the frigid temperatues, but the home stayed toasty the whole time. The front porch was a great staging area to remove snow gear and pegs along the wall made it convenient to hang up wet items. Several mats were available to get your footwear free of snow. Snow shovel and broom were available to clear the driveway area and porch/steps of snow. Entry using a keypad was convenient for our big group as we were arriving and leaving at different times. Most rentals claim they can sleep a certain number of people, but that always includes a futon or couch. This was NOT the case with this rental. There were THREE separate, sizable bedrooms each with a TV and convenient access to their own bathroom area. Then there was a loft with two twin beds! Seating is another limitation to some rentals. This one had a full table seating six people, as well as bar counter seating for another four people! The living room had oversized furniture to accommodate for plenty! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and equipment needed. For a group of six, we had plenty of room to roam without getting in each other's way. We enjoyed this home.

Great House

Drove all night and arrived about noon. Management company got us checked in a little which was nice after a long drive. Pictures were accurate. Had a great time. No issues and would stay there again.

Moved to River Charm

Our original property had heat issues so we were moved to a diff house. Everything was great! Great view of the river and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was great!

Great house

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Nice home with plenty of room for the two of us, our two sons and their families. The kitchen was well stalked with utensils and dishes although they only gave us a couple of trash bags, no paper towels or Kleenex, only one laundry soap pod (even though we were allowed to use the washer and dryer as much as needed), no access to the garage except for storing small items and very limited parking. It was the perfect distance from town but from the listing, I thought the stream was in the back yard...it was across the road in the neighbor’s backyard. Overall it worked fairly well for us. We would likely stay again.

Lots of fun!

Close to town and ski area which was perfect for coming and going. The loft did not disappoint for the teens and the bedrooms were nice and cozy. The sign above the kitchen cabinets is a perfect way to describe our stay: "We didn't realize we were making memories we just knew that we were having fun!"

Disappointed look elsewhere

Cabin was 3 stars a best. No Working tv mold in showers. The biggest issue was no paved road and driveway whic called for a lot of mud. Also there is no access to the garage to store ski equipment after coming off slopes at night. Cabin needs updating. Not sure why there was a Christmas tree still up in March. Look elsewhere first but if you need somewhere just to sleep it would suffice for that.

Very spacious

This very spacious property had plenty of room to accommodate our family ski trip with 8 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was one of the best stocked with cookware and serve ware I've ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation house

Lovely home close to town but away from the hustle and bustle.. 2 minutes and we were in the heart of Red River. Well equipped and comfortable in a peaceful neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
