Check in was great, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfy and quiet. Nice grounds, we had a pup with and they offered a nice grass area to walk and use. Unfortunately, the only negative was the breakfast. We stay at Hamptons regularly and its usually great food, this was mediocre at best but its an easy fix. Regardless, we'd stay again.

Comfortable place

We were with another couple, and enjoyed the sitting room on our floor. It provided a more private place for us to sit and visit and enjoy a glass if wine together. The rooms were spacious.

I read in a review from January that the hot tub was not working, I would have thought that it being April now that it would be fixed. But no hot tub! We would have booked our stay somewhere else because this is important to us. Everything else was fine. The staff are great! The landscaping needs work. Weeding, pruning and mulch. The little bit of grass that is there has weeds and is sparse. The mirror in our bathroom is worn. Comfortable bed, quiet room

Not so good

The room felt like a prison - there was a structure blocking any view from the window. The bathroom had no shampoo, but two conditoners. The water flow in the shower was inadequate. And to top it all, it appears that i have been overcharged.
