Property is not well maintained. Room barely had amenities. Shampoo and conditioner bottles nearly empty, was able to squeeze out enough for one shower.

This was a very enjoyable play to stay. Clean, quiet and the staff is super friendly. Very spacious rooms. We were happy to partake in the complimentary breakfast. Alta of options and well stock for the guesses. Will definitely stay here in the future 😉

This is our go to hotel when we are traveling to Redding with our dogs. The staff and breakfast is great. The property is definitely in need of an update. Our first room, the shower rod and curtain was non existent, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. We were moved to a different room. Even though the hotel is in need of updating, it’s a decent place if you need an affordable hotel and want to be close to restaurants and shopping.

Doors left unsecured, locals propping them open with rocks…no security or cameras around. No wash rags in rooms. Clean, though…staff was really friendly. Wouldn’t stay again.

The building itself is pretty nice and the desk person was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was better than many. But the room itself had some deferred maintenance problems (bathroom door hinge had been ripped out and the door was a couple of inches shy of reaching the top of the opening. The curtain had some holes in it and the room needed some paint quite a few places. the cover to the light over the sink was badly cracked. The beds were decent but the pillows were lumpy. It's too bad because it could have been quite a nice place.
