This is a great location and it it preferred by our staff when they are in Redding. Breakfast is good and there are many dining options in the area. It is not the newest hotel but it is well maintained.

We booked last minute so our too Was probably the last one. It was a suite with a broken hot tub they said not to use. The entire place seemed gross and when we got to our room the tub had caution tape over it which already seemed weird. Like a crime scene and then when I got over to it there was 2 cockroaches in it. One dead and one alive. We immediately checked back out and asked for a refund. The front desk girl seemed like it must happen often because when we told her she just said “ok”.

Room was decent bed was to hard for my liking, elevator needs looked at it was making lots of noises, pool was decent. Parking was a little sketch since there is homeless around and checking door handles and looking for stuff to steal

Good location, clean , friendly. Sheets are rough and the sausage at the free breakfast has no taste other than too salty. Some idiot above be was exercising and stomping around at 4:00 a.m. Ugh. I stay here 2-3 times a year but may try somewhere else next time.
