Was unable to stay for breakfast and had family emergency. had to check in only to sleep a few hours. Staff had to wake t up to let us in. understand it is his job but felt so appreciated for him during a stressful and sleep deprived momemt. Only stayed or 3 hour sleep. Beds comfortable.

They are currently updating rooms. We stayed in a freshly refurbished room. It was very nice and comfortable, brandnewmattress. Hotel is close to restaurants also.

The retro 1960’s motel is being completely upgraded with very clean, modern style. It is right in the middle of trendy section of Redding. Very walkable to restaurants, shops, events, and bike trails.

They are in the process of remodeling and the rooms were very clean and updated. I did not take advantage of the breakfast provided but there was one from 7-9am. I did, however, use the washer/dryer. Very convenient. I would stay here again.

The motel is being renovated throughout. Our section was fresh and clean. The air conditioner needed to be replaced and that would make it as good as any. One of the main drags was right behind us with plenty of shopping and night life. Only draw back was as in most cities now you feel a bit uneasy with the panhandlers.

Clean, safe place to stay

This is a basic little place in a perfect location. It is not the Ritz Carleton but it worked for us just fine on our road trip from Portland to San Francisco.
