The room we were given was on 2nd floor... it was dirty the hallway, it was really stinky and people had cords and stuff put there door. Like people living there and not well kept. Asked for room downstairs, was a struggle but eventually the worker gave us one.

When first walked in the room smelled like urine, the room was awfully hot although there was a thermostat it didn’t change the temperature. The microwave wasn’t working , but the staff was very helpful in trying to get it to work. Staff was all around very helpful and nice and even gave us a discount for all the troubles.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the restaurants attached to the hotel had good food. It think the hotel is under renovations, however I think some "guests" might not be repecting the renovations, which is not the fault of the hotel owners
