The staff was nice. The air conditioning/heating unit was extremely loud and difficult to sleep through it going on and off all night. The breakfast bar had very little to offer. The room was clean but there was not a trash can in the bathroom.

First room was filthy, upon going to the check in desk. We were told they didn’t have enough time to clean that room, so they put us in a different room that they swore was cleaned. The second room was worse than the first. After returning to ask for help, we were told to leave the hotel for a few hours so they could properly clean it. If there was another hotel with vacancy, I would’ve switched reservations. Won’t be returning.

Easy check in - had a bit of an issue with the key. The room was clean - hallway was a bit hammered. Comfy beds. Hot tub didn’t work the night we stayed but it was open the next morning. Heated pool and hot tub were awesome.

Overall, room was clean, and Wave hotel was the best price in comparison to all local competitors. One noteworthy and suggested area for improvement and/or change within the hotel: All of the carpets in the lobby, the stairwell, and the halls outside the rooms looked very dirty, worn, and unsightly, and the viability or potential to replace with wood or laminate more durable and maintenance free flooring.

It was supposed to be a king room with fireplace and private jacuzzi spa, it did have the fireplace, but no private jacuzzi spa, which was the main reason for booking the room. The staff was courteous, but the room not having a private spa was very upsetting when that’s what we were expecting. We did enjoy the indoor public hot tub at least. The hotel said it’s because it was booked through a 3rd party vendor (Expedia).. lesson learned.

Carpets were stained, room felt kind of humid, fan in bathroom not working, main vinyl flooring was a bit sticky, just a few things like that the engineering team could probably work on please do an audit of each room. Also I requested housekeeping services and they never came and cleaned it but said they would over the phone at the front desk. Was another time the front desk wasn't answering

Ww were advised there was no hot breakfast (at the moment), despite site stating the contrary, cable box in our room didn't work, upon trying t o call the desk. The phone also didn't work.Upon request, we eventually were moved to anew room, where the cablebox again didn't work, once staff got it workiit towrk, an hour later, all the cable/wifi in hotel stopped working. Despite being informed that they do not tolerate parties,the room beside us were "partying" until 1 :30 AM. HORRIBLE stay, despite the rooms being clean and comfortable. We should have been given financial credit. alsomalfunctioned,eventually was

It smelled amazingly clean and fresh throughout the entire building. The staff members were very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. A major plus is they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi, it's a deal breaker for me so I really enjoyed my stay!
