One of the best times in Lewes is during the off season! Choose to stay tucked away in our updated, clean and comfortably-furnished Lewes townhome. It's the perfect place for family and friends, and we welcome well-behaved, non-shedding family members too (dog)! Our quiet community is located east of Coastal Highway and is only 1.5 miles away from Historic downtown, Savannah (nee Lewes) Beach, and Cape Henlopen. It's also a short block away from the Lewes-Georgetown and Junction-Breakwater trails, and walkable to many nearby places to eat and shop. Our coastal-decorated home has everything you're looking for to relax and be comfortable!

Rules

Treat our home as it were your own. Security deposit will be withheld if furniture, bedding, rugs, decor, or floors are damaged, stained or missing.
If remote control on 3rd floor is missing, subject to $300 replacement fee. Be mindful of dog's indoor activity. Hardwood floors scratches easily.
Undisclosed pet will be subject to a $500 fee. Excess pet hair subjected to an additional $100 cleaning fee. Pet fee is $35 per day.
