The Space:
Luxury doesn’t get better than this! Our elegant two-bedroom condo, harmoniously tucked between the lively Rehoboth and peaceful Lewes Beaches, offers you an enriching coastal experience. With a capacity to sleep six, our sanctuary caters to beach connoisseurs, food lovers, and anyone who'd cherish a tranquil getaway.
Step into our oceanfront paradise, thoughtfully designed to resonate with modern sophistication and tranquility. Highlighted with plush furnishings, the living room invites soothing natural light and hosts a bounty of cable TV channels. The upscale open-plan kitchen, with its high-end appliances and stone countertops, beckons you to whip up your culinary delights. A cozy breakfast bar sets the scene for hearty morning meals and the heart-warming dining area forms an idyllic setting for dinner gatherings.
The two expansive bedrooms exude luxury. Adorned in warm earthy tones, the master suite guarantees comfort with a plush king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The vibrant second bedroom, a queen-bed haven with a private TV, ensures uninterrupted leisure and relaxation.
Adding to your convenience is an additional well-equipped bathroom, a washer, dryer, and iron. Complimentary amenities include heating, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and parking. Enjoy serene evenings on our screened patio, perfect for stargazing or savoring a sunset fused coffee.
Safety and ease of entry are assured with our keypad powered self-check-in and check-out system, giving you the flexibility to plan your arrival and departure. Besides, we comply with all necessary safety protocols, including smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher.
Guest Access:
Enjoy exclusive access to our entire condo, equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a versatile selection of cable TV channels, complimentary parking, and delightful basics like a coffee maker to spruce up your mornings. Disruption-free check-ins and check-outs are facilitated through our keypad-powered system. Although we don’t provide a designated parking spot, you can conveniently use the free parking on premises.

Nested near Route One, between lively Rehoboth Beach and the tranquil Lewes Beach, our property’s prime location sets you at the heart of numerous central attractions. Conquer your culinary desires at Dogfish Head Brewpub barely a stone throw's distance away, or indulge in retail therapy at the Tanger Outlets, just a short drive away. Nature lovers can savour Cape Henlopen State Park's allure with a quick car ride.
With the approaching Summer season and imminent holidays like Independence Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day, our condo makes an ideal base for your celebrations and getaways. Experience the beach life at its best, painted with the warm hues of the season. Post-sunset, invigorate your spirits at exclusive nearby bars, including The Rusty Rudder and The Pond.
Respect our house rules for a seamless stay: keep the occupancy limit, avoid smoking, pets, and disruptive behavior, and abide by check-in/out times. A Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass is available during peak season (May 15 - September 15) for non-metered areas (replacement fee $300 if lost or not returned).

*$40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.
*Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)
*CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10:30am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first.
*OCCUPANCY: - I understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me to let me know. I’m reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible.
*AGE REQUIREMENTS: - There is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.
*NO SMOKING: - There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can step out to the curb and pocket your butt.
*DRUGS: Illicit drugs - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at my place I have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of my rules.
*BEHAVIOR: - If you’re coming to Rehoboth or Dewey to party you’ve picked a great beach to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I'm sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for me. Any excessive necessary cleaning is subject to an additional cleaning fee.
*DAMAGE: - I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
*BARBEQUE/GRILLING: - Unfortunately since it’s a multi-unit building grilling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Even outside on the patio, in or near the building (this includes gas and charcoal grills). Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of security deposit and you may be asked to vacate.
*CLEANLINESS: - Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dirty dishes or kitchenware used in the sink and put used towels on the floor by the laundry closet. If you'd be so kind to take your trash to one of the dumpsters outside; it helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
*AMENITIES: - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
*ELECTRICITY: - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
*SECURITY: - To ensure full safety of my guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, I want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.
*ACCESS: - Please help avoid problems for everybody and stay out of locked closets and cabinets.
*NOISE: - To be considerate to the other residents/guests, I kindly ask you to keep things on the quieter side after 11 pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember others and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space.
*LAUNDRY: - Washer and Dryer use is available for guests. Please clean the lint trap after each use.
* BEACH: - Please rinse the sand off to minimize the amount of sand tracked into the unit.
You're welcome to use the Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass which is only required during peak season May 15 - September 15 and is good for use in non-metered parking areas. Please note that if lost or not returned, there is a replacement fee of $300.
