Kudos to the cleaning staff and front desk for finding an item I left in my room and then contacting me right away. They made it very easy to retrieve my item at the front desk.

I love the Bay resort. This place is very comfortable and its by the water. I've visited several times. This is my quick getaway spot. The staff are always welcoming.

Fine for what it is, expensive with dogs

We were bummed about the $150 non refundable dog fee, which doubled the cost of the hotel. It’s a good deal for its price, but not if you tack on the dog fee.

I would honestly say this hotel needs many updates for the price we paid in Oct. No water pressure at all, chairs had stains on them. Bathroom was not properly cleaned on arrival. If your looking for a place to lay your head and there are no other options….come to the Bay Resort.

Great staff, let us in early due to being off season.Excellant view of sunset. Nice dock with chairs at the end to sit in. The lady at the front desk was very nice. We will be coming back again to stay.

The staff was terrific but under new management so there were lots of surprises. Pool and water options closed, unexpected new charges of $15 per night for parking, no screens on the patio door so the room full of flies, no upgrades to ac and kitchenette (the ac was loud and blew dirty air) and a tree on one side of the property bangs on the roof gutter so loudly we didn’t get any sleep the first night and had to change rooms). Years ago this was a great place, but with lack of upgrades and proper maintenance has gone downhill. We will not stay here again,

Off season vacation

Clean room, great location, comfortable bed. Its an older facility but kept well. I loved the dock off the back bay. Easy walk to the ocean. Our room only had a mini fridge (no freezer) so not really able to bring food to cook. Kitchenette is very tiny with no counter space. Pool is not heated, so we were not able to enjoy that amenity.
