The staff was very nice and friendly. The location to the casinos and freeway was great. The room was clean and when asked we got the room cleaned no problem! Thank you for everything. We appreciate you all

Parking was OK, rooms are unsafe, dirty, tub/shower dirty, bed looked dirty, door is not aligned, paint is terrible. TV did not work. Breakfast was a joke. terrible smell. I will never ever stay there again. Homeless in a room?????

Rooms in poor condition. Very noisy area. Unable to sleep due to noise from other guests, loud music and the traffic. Didn’t feel safe.

The rooms are dirty, bed and sofa have stains. The staff were terrible. The same day a check in I checked out, because of how dirty and the small that the room has was terrible. When I was trying to talk to a manager, so I can get refunded there was no manager in property. The front desk staff only provide with a number to call the next day and when I call the next day in the morning they told me again that there was no manager at the property. I call for a few day and no answer and when they finally answer the staff was very rude. I will not recommend this hotel. If I could get negative starts I will.

It would be be a lot better to have a casino room on the bottom floor for guest to play and the rooms could be a little bigger for walkers or wheel chair access. Breakfast could of had proteins and not so much sweet stuff. Fruit and protein. Everybody was super nice and respectful. Thank you for the stay will do it again some day.

The pictures online and the reviews seemed promising, but upon arriving it was clearly misrepresented. The front desk staff had no coverage while walking the property (not the employee's fault, they were clearly short staffed), but once they arrived they were pleasant enough. However, the room itself was appaling. I encountered three roaches within an hour of being there The flooring was warped and cracked, creating a tripping hazard The door handle mechanism was broken, allowing access to the wiring from the outside, and the battery pack was exposed inside The towels had brown stains on them The showerhead was not sealed properly and gushed water from the connecting joint One of the desk lamps did not have a bulb The caulking around the tub was brown and peeling The seal of the shower surround was discolored and warped, with pieces of wall texture flaking off The tub had no drain cover, and the drain itself was rusted The entire room reeked of some kind of chemical fire It truly felt like i was mistakenly given a room that was recently a crime scene and hadn't been repaired yet.

Clean bed and sheets, clean towels. No instructions on how to use the tv remote, I had yo call the front desk. I killed 2 Cockroaches in my room.

Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Room has bugs in it, door has a giant gap on top so AC worked on and off all the time and very noisy. Door transition was not smooth and cart wouldn't come over it. Breakfast is a JOKE!!!! Only bagged pastries and coffee, no juice in the machine, not anything close to a breakfast!!!! It was a Motorcycle weekend and the road noise was too much, we left after the first night and this facility would not give a refund for the other two nights I had paid for. This PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely budget, but clean

Obviously a budget motel. Parking easy and free. Decent padding on mattress, and sheets were clean. Towels plentiful. Quite an old property, no surprise. This is a double property operating as Howard Johnson and Travelidge, all one building, one office (other closed). The windows are very thin, so noisy. Non-smoking room still smelled of smoke, like from other rooms or something—there but not all in the room. The breakfast was little bites muffins, granola bars, hostess mini danishes, just store bought, but it’s something to go. Felt fine for the price. Bring earplugs if traffic noise is a problem. Friendly staff, and seemed helpful.
