The only set back was at the Hanna’s Table restaurant. We wanted to eat and it was a long wait just to be seated. We left and didn’t eat. They acknowledged us and said it would be a few minutes but not the case.

Had a good stay again. Love the rooms on the even side with The Row lights view at night. Saw more umbrellas at the pool (nice). We used the parking garage this time- could definitely use some better signage (exit, etc). Will definitely come back. If you walk, this is close to everything you need. In winter it might be a bit different but we shall see!

VIP status?

Typical hotel with plenty of slot machines when you enter. Check in wasn’t bad, but the front desk person acted as if the hotel was full. It wasn’t. Not much on site parking. Room was decent, just no wow factor. Hotel is under construction and pool is next to that construction. Good, central Location. Not sure what the VIP status stood for. Nothing extra.

Very please with the Aspen tower, Which comes with a midsize refrigerator and microwave. Friendly staff overall from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Highly recommended.

Very convenient for RV parking. Comfortable rooms. Surprisingly good restaurant. One complaint...upon arrival, the room which I had fully paid for in advance was not available so we were put in a different tower. The desk clerk did her best but I had booked a room with a certain view and amenities...I did not get that room.

Wanted to love it

Wanted to love this hotel but couldn’t. Room was clean and lovely. Wanted to spend the day at their resort pool and it wasn’t a resort pool - first could find it as it’s outside and signage is terrible. It’s not a beautiful resort pool. And it was freezing cold and hot tub was luke warm. Ate at Hannah’s Table around 9pm and while food was good, the service with their many staffers wandering around was really slow.

The property was convent for shopping and there were plenty of choices for dining in the resort and in the surrounding area. There were plenty of things to do at the resort and within walking distance.
