I had a great stay at J Resort. Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel itself felt fresh and very clean. The elevators and hallways were bright, well-maintained, and the carpets looked freshly cleaned, which made a great first impression.
The room was excellent overall—comfortable and well kept—definitely an 8 out of 10. The only small improvement would be the shower heads; a stronger or detachable option would be more accommodating.
The service truly stood out. Anytime we needed something, it was delivered to our room promptly with no long wait.
The only minor issue we experienced was with another guest who rudely yelled at us while we were taking a quick group photo in the hallway. It was before 10 p.m., and we had only one brief moment of laughter. While that was unpleasant, it had nothing to do with the hotel itself.
The hotel is very quiet, and we slept peacefully each night—the walls seemed thick, and noise was minimal. We brought a group of seven ladies for a prayer retreat and truly enjoyed the calm, peaceful environment. It’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for quiet and relaxation.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and look forward to booking with J Resor again.
