This hotel was better than I expected. Room was nice and clean. Only issue was the maids were really noisy in the hall every morning. It was impossible to sleep when they were talking very loudly in the hallway each morning.

Clean and spacious room. Reasonable prices on the food and drinks in the hotel bars and restaurants. All of the staff we interacted with were kind and friendly. Resort was about a 5 minute walk to the main downtown hotels.

First Expedia booked 9 night stay with check out at 11am for 11:59pm flight. So messaged hotel and ask for late check out received response to let front desk know at check in. When i did she said oh you checking out on Sunday we could not do late check out that day. I asked if we could pay for 1 extra day for each of our 3 rooms and was told no We check in. I get up to my room and door opens extremely hard. Bath tub had blood on next to toilet. Drawers never wiped out and phone was disgusting. No places in hotel to get anything to eat not even snacks past midnight which is when we arrived. Next morning went out of hotel to get breakfast and apond returning could not get room door to open. Went to front desk they told me they are all hard to open and you need to lean back scan card and then slam door. I told them needed new cards. Got back up to room no luck six trys finally on seventh with other guest help she pushed door as i scaned and pulled back door opens. I Took wet soap bar rubbed latch and lock plate and guess what no more issues. Ask front desk for pen she stated we dont just give those out. I stated not even to guests and then she pulled big box and gave me one. Parking in back lot terrible if you make mistake and turn down first row parallel to road if people parked in end out each row there is no way to make corner forcing you to back out. Gift shop and other services only open when they want no fixed hours. Asked for room service blood still thers phone still gro

Average hotel in an uninteresting location

Stayed for one weekday night in Feb. Room was reasonably well appointed and clean. Reception was a long walk through the casino. Not a particularly good location as it is 2or 3 long blocks of barren parking lots from the strup where other casinos are grouped

Quick Short Stay at New Resort

The staff at the resort were amazing - at checkin, restaurants, bars. The cashier at the buffet let me wander in and checkout their food options so I could decide if I wanted to eat there. I didn’t eat there this time but I will in the future. Room was very spacious and clean. My only issue was that I couldn’t seem to get the room warm enough for me to be really comfortable sleeping. It was like the heater would only warm up the room to 70 and then the air coming out of the heater turned cold. I eventually went to my car and got a blanket that I keep in it. Plenty of hot water in the shower. But, when I first turned the shower on the water came out brown (rusty). It was fine after a minute or so. The hotel sent me checkin and checkout emails but they arrived very late - too late to be of use to me. I had already checked in hours before I received the checkin email. In addition, I received the checkout instructions via email at 4pm in the afternoon - checkout is noon and I left the hotel at 10:30 am. I hope the were aware I was gone and didn’t think I was still there at 4pm. Otherwise, a nice stay and I will stay there again.

The rooms are modern with fantastic bathrooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and the location os within walking distance of shopping and other casinos and restaurants.
