Email explains all about included breakfast in 2 emails, only to be told when we arrived that we did not have breakfast included. Decorative blankets and visible duvets had large very visible stains on the beds.

What a great place to stay for being in Reykjavík. Was close to the bus stop for transfers to and from airport and also for activity pick up Extremely close to the harbour & within 5 mins walk of rainbow road. Staff so helpful and couldn’t have helped enough

I loved everything about this property. The cleanliness was out of this world. The breakfast buffet and the staff could not have been better. Plus our room ended up being this little private room across a walkway. That was just nothing what I thought it would be.We will definitely be back to stay here.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The staff was super friendly and did everything possible to make sure our stay was great. The room was clean and super spacious. Everything we needed was within walking distance from shopping, dining and entertainment. If we come back to Iceland, we will definitely stay here again!

It was fantastic! Fantastic room, great beds, great livingroom, nice balconies, very nice staff. The location is also perfect, in the centrum of the city. We have a car, we could park right outside the front door. It is public parking (paid parking). Everything was perfect. We will come here again next time we’re in Reykjavík.

The staff at Kvosin are exceptional - very helpful and friendly! We had a very early morning arrival and they were ready for us, making it super easy to check-in and get settled after a long day of travel. Great location and nice amenities, would highly recommend.

Lovely place in downtown Reykjavik, so close to the city centre, shops, and fantastic restaurant. The room was very warm when we went in, but easy to correct by turning it radiators off! Everything was spotless.

Location, location, location. Fine dining and stores within walking distance. One caveat is you will hear the church bell every hour on the hour (which will be a challenge for all properties in the surrounding area) so keep that in mind. Windows are pretty thick the distinct bell sound is hard to not notice. Regardless, the property is in an ideal location central to everything in the downtown area.
